At WastePartners in Utrecht, we are looking for a motivated Agricultural Machinery Mechanic who performs maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles in agriculture. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • You work on solving more complex malfunctions, both mechanical and electrical;

  • You perform maintenance on heavy vehicles, towed materials, and/or attachments from agriculture;

  • The tasks involve not only the motor or chassis but also the vehicle's body.

What we ask of you

As an Agricultural Machinery Mechanic, you will frequently switch between work orders and need to work very accurately. Furthermore, as a mechanic at WastePartners Utrecht, you can identify with the following points:

  • You have completed a technical education such as Agricultural Machinery, Agrotechnology, or Mechanical Engineering.... OR you are willing to obtain one;

  • You have a customer-friendly attitude towards both customers and colleagues;

  • A flexible attitude and no 9 to 5 mentality. We consider it very important that our customers are always helped quickly and professionally;

  • Affinity with heavy and different types of vehicles, brands, and bodies.

You will have plenty of opportunities to grow with us and maintain special vehicles. You are therefore willing to follow education and training for this industry.

    • 2nd mechanic (completed BAT): €2,500 to €3,000

    • 1st mechanic (completed EBAT): €3,000 to €3,800

    • Technical Specialist (completed level 4): €3,400 to €4,000;
